-Knowledgeable recommendations - after you complete a free home assessment with ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ, your Home Advisor or Listing Agent will recommend upgrades or repairs we can help you make to maximize buyer interest.
-Trusted, professional network - we have negotiated rates and existing relationships with dozens of vendors and will select ones with proven results for your upgrades. No need to source contractors or determine fair rates on your own, we’ll take care of all of that for you and ensure the work is completed on-time and within budget.
-No upfront cost - as part of the service, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ will front you the cost of any upgrades and repairs so you can put more money toward your new home purchase. Pay us back out of your sale proceeds, interest-free.

There are no upfront costs associated with using Concierge. When your home sells, we’ll deduct the cost of completing the upgrades from your final proceeds. That’s it. No interest, no hidden fees.

Available upgrades include: flooring repairs, carpet cleaning & replacement, interior & exterior paint, odor remediation, pest control, and minor repairs related to HVAC, electrical, roofing, and water heating & plumbing.
